It all started when…

Fran is originally from Ireland and has worked as a chef since 1998. He moved to New Zealand in 2002 and has worked in various restaurants in Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. He’s lived in Blenheim (Boomtown) since 2009 with his wife and three children. In 2018 he started BOOM! SAUCE SPICE & BBQ chilli sauce and BBQ catering company. He can be found at the Marlborough Farmer’s Market every Sunday serving bbq dishes and talking hot SAUCE with his customers.
